We are closely monitoring the situation and have safety measures in place to ensure we provide you with a safe stay in both of our hotels in Zakynthos. We understand that travelling may concern you at this time, but our top priority remains the safety and health of our guests and our employees.

Booking a stay with us
We understand this has been an unprecedented event which may have affected your travel plans. We would like to assure you that Windmill Hotels is a place you can trust.
We are monitoring all guidelines from the World Health Organisation (WHO), as well as the Greek Government and Local Office, and we will be implementing all the necessary health and safety measures to provide you with a healthy environment during your stay with us. We are also working closely with local health agencies, which will guide us through this process and will be in easy reach, if required. Moreover, if you are interested in visiting us this summer and you still haven’t booked a room, we are happy to book a room for you without a deposit. This means you will be able to cancel, if required, without a fee.

Modifying your booking
We have adapted our cancellation policy in order to offer flexibility for all our guests, whose travel plans have been affected by the COVID-19 crisis. For all bookings with non-refundable rates, we will find that best solution together with you, should you require to change your travel plans. If you have booked through a tour operator or an external partner, you will have to contact them directly for more information and assistance.
Once you are here
Cleanliness and safety have always been on the top of our list for both of our hotels. We have been using the highest quality of cleaning products and daily cleaning of all the rooms and public areas has always been implemented. Given the current circumstances, we will be adjusting our cleaning and hygiene procedures for COVID-19 and we will be following the guidelines advised by the WHO, as well as the Greek government.
Our employees will be trained and guided during this time and we are confident that they will provide you with high quality and secure services during your stay. Our restaurants will be operating as usual, while implementing the appropriate health and safety measures.
